DAY1
Fudai to Kurosaki
Hiking Course:8km.
About 3hrs Level of difficulty：★★★☆☆
From Morioka, take the 106 highway bus to Miyako, then transfer to Sanriku rail line to Fudai.
Start at Fudai station, and hike from here to the Kurosaki Lookout.
Transfer to Accommodation for tonight via shuttle.
Stay overnight in Tanohata or Fudai

DAY2
Kitayamazaki to Tanohata
Hiking Course: 9.6km.
About 5hrs Level of difficulty：★★★★☆
After breakfast, transfer to Ktayamazaki cliffs and hike towards Tanohata station.
Transfer to accommodation.
Stay overnight in Tanohata or Fudai

DAY3
Anegasaki to Jodogahama
Hiking Course: 13.5km.
About 5hrs Level of difficulty：★★☆☆☆
After breakfast, transfer to Tanohata station, then take the Sanrku rail to Ichinowatari station. Take a taxi transfer to the campgrounds at Anegasaki. Hike from here to Jodogahama beach area.
Transfer to Miyako Station via local bus to Finish the tour.
You can take the 106 highway bus back to Morioka.
Stay overnight in Miyako area
